General opening hours at ECU City will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Students and staff will have access to the campus between 7am and 10pm, with access to Kaarlak, the library area, 24/7 with an ECU staff or student ID card.

ECU City is located at 500 Wellington Street, Perth, in the Perth City Link precinct. The main entrance is located opposite Yagan Square, next to the Perth Busport. The campus also has entrances off Roe and Wellington Streets.

There are many transport options to get to ECU City.
By train: the Perth Train Station and Underground are within a short walk of the campus.
By bus: the Perth Busport is located directly under ECU City, accessible just next to the main entrance at Yagan Square. There are also many CAT bus stops along Wellington and Roe Streets.
By bike: cycle paths are located throughout the CBD. A bike locker and end-of-trip facilities are located on-campus for students and staff and are accessible via Wellington Street.
By car: the city has a variety of paid parking options, including ACROD parking. Visit City of Perth Parking for more information. Information about accessible parking options can also be found on the City of Perth’s website.

ECU City will be home to three café outlets serving a variety of fresh food and beverage options. BonTon is located on the ground floor, opposite the Perth Busport entrance. Grindhouse is located in the main foyer, opposite the Yagan Square mall, and Supernatural is located on level 4.
If you’re looking to venture further afield, a variety of food and beverage options are located nearby, including at Yagan Square, Northbridge, Raine Square and Kings Square.

The safety of students, staff and visitors is ECU’s priority. There is a 24/7 on-campus security presence, as well as CCTV, secure access gates and other security measures in place. Student and staff swipe cards are required to access some areas of the campus. ECU staff and students can find more information on security on campus via the Staff and Student portal.

ECU City is designed for accessibility and inclusion with purpose-built facilities. The campus is accessibility-mapped and includes features such as universally accessible kitchens and bathrooms, accessible classrooms, inclusive service points, sensory spaces, a wellbeing precinct and more. Opening hours for the ECU Gallery are currently being finalised with more information coming soon. The gallery is located on the ground floor, accessible via the main foyer (Yagan Square Mall entrance).
